        Took my Toyota here for an oil change for the first time, I normally only go to the dealer. The Take 5 Oil tech at the Daphne location left the drain plug loose, all the oil leaked out. It could have burned up my engine. The regional manager has been very responsive and they did file a claim on my behalf with their Fleet Response. They paid for clean up and reimbursed me for the oil change. Toyota did an inspection for free. This could have turned out worse if I had been on the road.

        Stephon Is a great guy he gave me and my daughter a bottle water. He also check all my filters and tires which thats so important also . Thank you so much for taking care of my car. I will recommend this is best place to come .
