I had tile installed about a year and a half ago. The person that installed the tile did a faulty job. The mortar started cracking underneath. I thought My cement slab and foundation were cracking but after an assessment from the Foundation specialist, it was determined that the tile was cracking underneath. It was horrible. It looked horrible, it sounded horrible, and most of all I felt horrible. My new floors had to be demoed. After getting four estimates, I chose Footprint Flooring. The cost of each estimate was very close with the exception one. Mr. Mike did a phenomenal job on my floors. It took about a week but he had 625 square feet of tile to removed, prep floors, and install. I love the work he did. My floors are even, the pattern is constant, and my floors look professionally done. Mr. Joe gave me a 1 year warranty. The professionalism and responsiveness to my needs and concerns were great. I appreciate Footprint Flooring, Mr. Joe and Mr. Mike for making my home and floor look great. I feel great and I am thankful that I chose this company. Service: Install flooring

I would highly and unequivocally recommend Footprints Floors for your flooring needs. The manager and installer were great to work with, and were professional and went above and beyond the call in making sure all details were addressed. When we had an issue with a marred threshold, due to moving an appliance across it, they sent an entire crew in to repair the damage, making sure they left it in better condition than it was originally. Omg! I was not there to see them work, but my brother could not say enough about the professionalism, quality, and work they put into getting our floors in. They worked with our schedule and when they said they would be done, they were done. We have more work to do and I will be calling them. Thank you so much for getting it done for us.
