Everyone was very nice! Since I gag so bad the x-ray techs let me put the x-ray in my mouth and hold it myself!! They were very sweet and supportive! I am in need of plants to be completed however even with 3 insurances it is super expensive! Guess I will have to spend the rest of my life missing 6 teeth. Very disappointed.

Easy to get in for an appointment and staff is friendly.. just wish they had more appointments in the evening as advertised otherwise could be months before u get an appointment after 5pm.

Let me start out by saying I have previously been to this Aspen Dental in the first time I was here even though I have insurance they tried to charged me extra for things I didn't need an exorbitant prices. This time I called yesterday about getting an appointment to have an oral cancer exam done. The girl I spoke with yesterday was very polite and she told me that they still had my insurance information and that my copay would be $30 for the exam. She made me an appointment for 4:00 p.m. today. So I take time off work today to come to my appointment when I get here she informs me that they don't have any insurance information on me and that it's going to cost me $88 . I told her that I wanted to speak with somebody that this was unacceptable and that it has been a waste of my time. She goes off in the back and I hear her whispering to a couple of different people but she doesn't come back and nor do they, so I ended up finally just leaving. I called there for an appointment to I have a dentist look at a sore in my mouth that I've been very concerned about and instead of getting some empathy I get treated like this. Needless to say when I needed compassion I get unconcern and antipathy. I will not be back
