This is by far the most disgusting Ulta I have ever been in. The store isnt clean by a long shot. The make up demo stations are piled high with trash, are unsanitary, lacking in tester supplies and tissues. I walked through the entire store, wasnt greeted or even talked to while a group of employees stood in a circle near the entrance talking to each other. The bathrooms were beyond nasty, trash all over the floors; and a male employee uses the female bathroom. Why?! I also called the store and asked to speak to a manager. After 18 minutes on hold, I gave up. I have better things to do than waste my time and money on this store.

Ulta is not what it used to be. Today, I went into Ulta. While looking at a product, a young lady working there asked if I needed help. I kindly said no, but she insisted on getting in my personal space and telling me what shade I needed to buy. I wanted to buy more at the store, but she just wouldn't let up. While in line, I noticed she was using a small scissor on the floor to cut what looked like her nails. Very unprofessional and gross.

I used the salon at this Ulta for a haircut and color recently and will never go back. Ive used other salons with Ulta in other cities and always had a great experience. This time when the stylist rinsed the color from my hair she soaked my sweater. She was kind enough to use her blow dryer to try and dry it after my cut, but never mentioned that my sweater was ruined with hair dye. I found it when I got home and called back immediately to let them know what happened. The manager was out and I was told I had to call back when she was in. They didnt take my number or try and make it right. Its like they just didnt care.
