AT&T Store

actually terrible, please go to another place! there is a red headed lady working there and she was nothing but rude, not only to customers but her fellow employees.

I came in to this location with a general problem asking for assistance, the manger of the store seemed frustrated from the start. She ask her worker not me why was I there and he told her about billing she than told me it will be best if I just go and call instead of waiting I answered I called customer service all ready it was no help they didnt know what I was talking about and I would like help face to face. She continued pushing me off to the other store and kept saying its nothing that she could do here to go to the other store I told her I would like to get some understanding at least the general billing because the other store was out the way and they where right by my job. Then instead of looking up my account and assisting me with what I was trying to explain to the team, they just kept telling me they are unable to look up anything about my account if I did anything at the other store. No asking for my information to see whats on my account instead of actually helping me I felt like I was getting pushed out the door. I am exhausted after work and the manger trying to help someone else and me was very rude and disrespectful I walk through the door from the car from looking for a receipt she just blurred out questions to me not even knowing who she was referring to from that point until I got upset. I am very upset about an issue I have an this manger did not make it any better I told her she had very poor customer service and it would be best for me to leave because we are both irritated so before I say something ima go to the other store she than proceeded and said you should have been went there like we told you. I ask for the manger over her and she declined to give the information to me. She made it seem like she couldnt see nothing on my account from her store .I was highly upset and afraid that there was nothing I could do about my account I went to the other AT&T store and they gave me tips and pointers to help me with my problems while calling customer service and made me fell so much better .I will never go back there again. And I would like to speak to a manager still.

Misha was super helpful and professional. She helped me with everything in a timely manner and was very polite. I recommend this location to anyone looking for help with there device or service. 10 out of 10
