I freaking love this place. Wish we had one in Huntsville. We always stop going to or coming back from Florida. Once we drove down just because we were craving it.

Came in with a party of 11. Don't expect fast service here. Almost everyone around us got their food even though they ordered after us. We sat here for almost an hour without the food coming out. Like not even the chicken salad someone ordered. People were getting their food and leaving before we even got our food. They were very accommodating to my food allergies, but I was highly disappointed with my first visit. Picture of the chicken salad that took almost an hour to come out.

I have loved Carltons ever since I first tried it many, many years ago. NOW? NO! My baked spaghetti was horrible!!! My daughters spaghetti was horrible!!! The noodles were MUSHY!!!! Stuck together! Nauseating!! The food is no longer consistent. Im so sad! And a lot mad! Now I have no lunch! I work at night so theyre closed. My husband told me that my daughter cried for hours because she couldnt eat her spaghetti. (Her sauce was on the side). They should be ashamed of themselves! I cant believe that they let that slop come out of the kitchen! Ive taken up for Carltons many times with people whove had bad things to say about them. Now? Not anymore. So, so sad. I am definitely going to get my money back! At this time. I would not recommend. Heartbreaking

We love this place! Very good Italian food in a quaint, inviting atmosphere. They have a lovely outdoor patio dining area as well.
