Dr. Bussman has been a complete lifesaver! Because of him I am able to smile without hesitation again and that kind of confidence is priceless!!!

This so called doctor (dentist) wouldn't listen to me when I went in for a consultation. I told him that because of seizures, depression and anxiety meds, the enamel on my teeth was gone and my teeth severely hurt. I wanted all my teeth pulled and then get dentures. He immediately said NO! He didn't believe me that my teeth hurt so bad. He talked me into a partial on top, which I told him I'd had one years ago when I had only lost a couple of teeth but with the meds, I've lost several teeth and in severe pain just by touching them. I've had the partial for 4 weeks and have had to get 4 ADJUSTMENTS in that time. I told him EVERYTIME I went in for the adjustments that my teeth hurt really bad. He acted like he could care less. All he keep saying is "I get 6 months free Adjustments". When your driving 50 miles round trip each time, it gets expensive with gas prices so high. I told him I knew that the partial was not going to work but he already got his money ($1,300) so he could care less that I was in SEVERE PAIN. I did receive a $250 refund for his labor, but he refused a TOTAL REFUND!!! Bussman doesn't care. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST OUTSIDE OF CULLMAN!!!
