We had significant vehicle issues and had to pull over at this She'll. The staff was SO very helpful and friendly. Plus the facility was well maintained.

Never have receipt paper for pay at pump gas !!! Walk inside for gas receipt!! Hard for disabled people and if your in a hurry.. then when I mentioned refilling it he was rude!! I will never stop at a Shell station again!!

This old woman...that's supposed to be a manager is the reason ur employees are quitting. She starts as soon as she comes in the door. Hounding employees on what she can see needs to be done. Some of it is already being done

Weve been stopping here for fuel quite a while, but after the rudeness we experienced from their employees, we will never return to this location. Its been a long time since Ive dealt with two people so rude and inconsiderate. I dont know the womens names, but one was tall, skinny with greasy hair a no teeth. The other was shorter and wellnot skinny. Instead of simply explaining to us why their store has a particular made-up rule in place, they thought it necessary to be passive aggressive and yell across the store to each other, talking about me and my family and what they were NOT going to do. I saw someone else post about how unprofessional the owner is. I guess its true what they say, attitude reflects leadership. Completely ridiculous.
