        It was a very pleasant experience have never or have not in a long time had a loan to go so smoothly by such a pleasant young man you have a very amazing employee at your bank he is top notch and thank you all for the service and meant to thank him for his service to our country but he's great.         Word of mouth is powerful! This bank was actually recommended to me by a longtime friend & colleague. I just finished the loan process with Austin. My loan processor, Deonna, was fantastic to work with. So very helpful & a great communicator. She's an all-star for sure! Somebody give her a raise! It's well deserved! I will definitely be using this bank for any future lending services. Highly recommend!
