I really enjoy these apartments they are spacious and well-maintained. You can tell that the on-site manager and the on-site maintenance person really take pride in their work! They are very friendly and quick to answer concerns. They listen to the community if there are any complaints and are quick to resolve any issues inside the apartment units. Its generally a really quiet place to live and safe to raise a family. I just cant say enough about the maintenance man and our on-site manager! They deserve so many raises for all that they do. Which include decorating for holidays, celebrations, contests and more! Rest assured, rest east, you know what? Just plain rest here at covey chase baby! Whhooo!

I have been doing the lawn maintenance here for 4 years. The management is outstanding and never have any issues!
