        Had my second appointment with Dr. Mendez to repair a cracked tooth surface. He and dental assistant, Destiny, were awesome! Having recently moved to the Columbiana area, I chose Luma based on good online reviews. Glad I found them. The friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff made my visits pleasant, painless and quick! Thank you!!

        EVERY time we go to Luma Denistry and walk in the door, myself not my children even have to identify ourselves, they know our faces. That is just one of the many things that makes it amazing. They are so sweet and so kind and explain every detail of every thing they are doing before they do it and when you have dental work done, knowing what's about to happen prepares you for what's coming and makes a HUGE difference. ABSOLUTELY BEST DENTIST OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN TO!! I CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH!

        If I could give 0 stars I would. I have not been to this office since 2019, on multiple occasions I have confirmed I had a 0 balance after paying over $1000 out of pocket. Confirmed my final treatment day that I did not owe anything more with the girl that sits out front. Now 3 years later I have a $700 balance from this dentist FROM COLLECTIONS that has now hit my credit. No phone call, no statement in the mail, nothing! Not only that but Ive had to take on the expense of fixing the screw ups that were done by the luma Gardendale office. Beware.
