Left a voicemail for Chris, Sunday morning 19Feb2023. He returned the call around noon, and he met me at LayDamRd home by that evening to offer a quote. I accepted the quote, he scheduled me for Monday, President's Day. Chris worked alone, and used me as a spotter. He spent the next 3 hours in the air, pruning to the trunks to 32' or so, two huge Pecan Trees had grown to over 50' tall and 40' massive branch width, each. As daylight exhausted, Chris said he'd be back Tues morning to complete pruning another three pin oaks. Chris spent four more hours clipping those branches another 35-40' in the air. Left me three nice ~25' plus foot, fully pruned pin oaks along the fence-line, separating from neighbor's yard. Our agreement included Chris Maddox trimming and pruning the branches to the ground, and I would handle the rest. Chris even included chain-sawing a few of the branches laying in the neighbor's yard, just so I could move them to my curb, Tuesday afternoon. Am exceptionally happy with Chris and his work. He's an expert tree climber, safe in the air, knows how to wield a chainsaw, and works diligently and persistently at a clipping-along rate. Sunday 26Feb2023 report: I've been cutting, sawing, loading, and trucking four truck and trailers' full of limbs and prunings to the Chilton County, Thorsby Trash Depot since Tuesday afternoon. DO NOT USE Chris Maddox Tree Service out of Clanton. This man and his brother are very unprofessional in all ways. Did not do what we agreed upon . He took advantage of me. Pictures included of the mess he left in front of my home. I will not recommend this man to anyone. Services: Tree trimming & pruning, Tree removal
