Chilton Propane Gas Company Inc.

We have had the WORST experience with CC propane. I called Tuesday @ 8:20 in the morning, we are completely out of gas! (We just got married and neither one of our parents had gas, and we were not aware that if you run out that you had to get an inspection). The lady I spoke with said it would be that day or the next day and she would put a rush since gas is our primary/only source of heat. Here we are Friday, still no gas! Every time we have used CC propane they have called prior to heading our way. Well today a gentleman showed up to our door, knocked and left. We have Blink cameras, as soon as he pulled him I called my neighbor right across the street to ask him to come over and he was gone when i went back to check the cameras. NO CALL, NO TEXT, NOTHING! I work in Healthcare, I have patients scheduled for me, I am not able to just drop what im doing and come home (which i told the man this morning over the phone in the office, but i also stated that as long as I know someone is coming, I can have someone at my home). My Mother-in-law and grandmother both called bc they are concerned that we have no gas bc there is a cold front coming! The man they and I spoke with was SO RUDE and advised me that they were unstaffed and I told him I would be home all day! I will never use this company again!

What's wrong with being nice giving good customer service but not here omg mr or left on hold for.mike use to be this very nice godly man now he has even gotten out of character what's wrong ? I know it's extremely busy this time of year but they need to do better I never wanna change I love cp but omg they have gotten rude and when you call that's really a no no cause you always gonna get a smart remark or left on hold for 20 to 30 minutes I'm on a fast for this company cause this is not them Praying for love,peace,and happiness back in this company cause when I use to go in there it was always a smile,laughter,and love and yes I'm giving them 5 stars cause I know the devil is busy and out kill,steal,and destroy

I'm not a customer and based on my interaction with them, I never will be. I stopped in their office to inquire about getting new service. They were busy telling people on the phone they'll have to pay their overdue balance before they get a delivery, have a check ready for the driver, etc... when the owner hung up and asked me what I needed, and I told him I wanted to inquire about getting new service, he told me they weren't taking new customers. I was trying to support a local business, but needless to say, they'll never have a problem collecting from me, as I will never darken their door again. I have a rating of one star because you must choose something. However, the actual rating is MINUS 5 Stars.

Order gas on Friday its now 4 business days later no gas. Elderly person home with no other way to heat living space. Every time I call she puts me on 25min hold. Beyond Ridiculously!!!!!

Todd and Nick from Chilton Propane installed a propane tank for our generator. They are excellent. Chilton Propane has been immediately available to us and they have done superb work. I highly recommend them.
