If you are going to buy a house i highly recommend Angie Mahan! she helped my husband and I buy our first house and the process was very fast. Angie Mahan & Sheila Wilson always answered our questions and concerns that we had. I can only say many good things about the two of them.

This company does not respect their customers or any potential customer. I attempted to go through a pre-approval process and the representatives ran my credit once, didnt hear anything for a couple days so I followed up with the loan officer and never heard anything for two weeks. Moved on to another company and Hamilton Mortgage company continued to run my credit three more times within a two month period. Had to lock my credit report so they could not continue and still have not had any response from a representative from their company or the initial loan officer. Ive now experienced a negative effect on my credit and Im going through the process of removing said inquiries because of their miscommunication and negligence. If you value your time and credit status avoid this company.
