I have used Ali since 2021 for my custody battle. A real hard fought battle , She helped me in every step through this long process and I ended up with full custody. Thank you for all you did for me I know it wasnt easy.

So she does nothing but drain your retainer fee with every phone call or email......but your suppose to keep her informed. Plus I gave her everything she would need to fight my divorce, 3 inch binder to be exact, and wouldn't have had to look or get anything but DID NOTHING. Then when something happens that needed to be address she sends me an email ..... Since I didn't file the PFA, I'm not listed as attorney in it. You can file something letting the judge know he violated the PFA for sure....... Yet that's the one day she went to court about my case, but can't do anything! So I did what I THOUGHT TO PROTECT MY PERSONSL BELONGINGS EVEN SHOWING THAT EMAIL TO CIRCUIT CLERKS OFFICE....then I get an email she dropped me for doing that. But not before she charges $50 to read emails asking what to do with alot of pictures as proof, $100 to read what I did and $100 to withdrawal...which it was her choice to withdrawal....WHY SHOULD I HAVE YO PAY HER TO WRITE IT, then another $50 to read an email that I responded to her withdrawal. $2500 retainer $900 charge in just calls and emails $100 one court appearance $250 to sit at Mediation that never happened She filed divorce- never happened She file discovery questions-never got response Court was continued 3 times The rest was Miscellaneous charges, And has the audacity to charge me withdrawal when I only did what I thought I needed to do because my attorney did NOTHING. I got $366 back....and still not divorced! Mrs.Patterson treats her service as a money market for herself .I wouldn't recommend her for anything. Bar Association here I come with complaints. People beware...find someone else that will work for your money!!!

This attorney is a fake who is unethical and to just be blunt a liar who will take your money smiling to your face all the while discussing your case with other clients of hers and then act like she's all innocent. I had another review on here that was 5 stars however she had me fooled just like she does so many others. This woman wrecked the end of my grandmother's life with her deceitful practices. My grandmother ended up without a thing she had worked for and ultimately was put into a nursing home by another client of get whom she was representing and sharing details with about my grandmother's legal matter. She failed to tell us when we hired her that she was still actively representing my uncle in his divorce but she collected what money we had scraped up and emptied our savings to pay her while along she was only worried about my uncles interest and my sweet grandma ended basically stripped of everything she had and was taken to the nursing home and left to be someone else's problem. She just sits there and cries is scared and abandoned. But hey that's the good ol boy system in Chilton County for you. So many could have stopped this wrong doing but just patted each other on the backs and let it happen. I don't see how any of them sleeps at night it's just hypocrites and fakes. Ally if you read this just know I'll never be ok with what yall have done and I'll never just keep my mouth shut. You know what you did wasn't right and so does the rest of the ppl involved but what's sad is how you nor any of them care. Go to the nursing home and see my grandma and how she's been done and tell me then that you got her everything she asked for because you did the exact opposite and did to get exactly what she didn't want done. You'll be exposed soon because there's no way that was the first time nor the last that you'll do your clients like that because you was all too comfortable with it. Did it with a big fake smile on your face. I'll keep writing these reviews and telling anyone who will listen how you are until someone steps up and takes accountability for my grandma being done like yall have done her. Really all of you should be in jail your the worst kind of crooks I've seen people locked up a long time for a lot less

I'm not sure why my review has been taking down but I would recommend not using this attorney. They was so many issues with the way she handled my grandmother's divorce that it ultimately costed my grandmother everything she owned and as a result she was taken and put into a nursing home. I'm also guessing that she is the reason my other review was removed but it was nothing but the truth. These review numbers are flawed as I'm sure she attempts to have any reviews that tells the truth about how she is removed. Isn't surprising because it is no different than the way she practices law. Sad to see attorneys like her can completely wreck someone's life who entrusted her to handle their legal cases and she turns around and does the opposite of what was asked of her. All things done behind closed doors or in the dark will always eventually come to light and when it does she won't be practicing law anymore. I just hope it does before she messes up to many more ppls lives.
