Service department is so unprofessional. Pick-up was dropped off to be worked on 2/6/2024. Service dept said it would be ready by Thursday 2/8/2024 the latest. It is now 2/16/24 and we still have no vehicle. Now they are saying pick-up will not be ready till early next week. We were not offered a loaner. We keep getting told different things. We are originally from NC, however had to work out of state and were stranded in Alabama with no vehicle. Talk about inconvenience. Lack of communication with this service dept. If you are needing your vehicle worked on go to another Ford for service. I STRONGLY do not recommend this place.
