I have a 2500 gmc and bought tires from Clanton store, they installed and have preformed one of the lifetime rotation and balance of the tires. I came in two weeks ago to have my tires rotated again, and they tell me to come back in two weeks because one of the lifts is not working properly. So, I come back today, two weeks later, and they still cannot complete the promised service of lifetime rotation and balance of tires. Store manager tells me the store is probably closing in January. Updated... james is no longer working there... and customer service has gone downhill. I rareIy use midas now because of rudeness and difficulty getting work done in a timely manner... I have used Midas several times now and each and every time the manager James has gone above and beyond in taking care of my needs. This last time I called up and asked him if he could put an alternator on my 07 Honda Odyssey as when I tried to do it myself I wasn't physically able to get to it without taking other things apart. he said sure thing and then I said i have another question.. can ya give me a ride back home and come get me when its finished as I had an important meeting that day with my health care team at my home.... he said SURE its no problem... WOW JUST WOW! I live about a mile from the store which I realize isn't a horrible long way to walk but with the heat and my health it was an impossible feat for me to accomplish that day. JAMES SAVED THE DAY! and he got my vehicle back in running order which had been sitting on the side of the road for nearly a week!
