Never had such bad customer service at a dentist office went in for a basic cleaning tht I normally get ever 6months and was denied cause my insurance supposedly wasn't good enuff for tha type of cleaning they wanted to do on me but I was charged for a consultation at tha end of tha day I've been to some of tha top dentists in Sylacauga Obrien and Solomon and never been denied services !!

This dentist office is the best that Ive ever been to. The doctor and the nurses are so nice and welcoming. When they do any work to your mouth trust and believe you will see the results. Thank you Prime Smile Dental Care for all the hard work that you all do!!!!!

Very grateful to find the right dentist. After telling my wife about how the visit went she has made plans for start seeing this dentist as well along with my daughter. I believe my family will be taken care of here in Childersburg. Had two teeth pulled today If any one ask Ill attest to the all around great professional services of the personnel here provided throughout my visit.
