      Mrs. York you were able to reach our office last week as well as this Saturday morning. After reviewing your account details on your policy it did not triple in price. Would be happy to schedule a face to face meeting on Monday to review your concerns. Our Agency doesn’t set rates and we have no control over company pricing. All rates are individualized to each client. Our agency makes sure all applicable discounts are added and educate our customers on insurance products. We strive to make certain there are no coverage gaps. We appreciate your business.
