I cant say enough nice things about this place & owner! Im new to the area and found them on Facebook. I loved everything that I seen on her page! I have ordered twice from her and havent been disappointed yet! She creates beautiful arrangements while also working with your budget. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an arrangement! They are so nice and very helpful!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible work done by Shannon and her team for our wedding. From the very beginning, Shannon was attentive, understanding, and displayed a genuine passion for her craft. The floral arrangements she created were nothing short of breathtaking. The attention to detail and overall design exceeded our expectations. Not only did Shannon create stunning arrangements but she also took the time to listen to my vision. Her creativity truly shone through in every aspect. She was patient, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was absolutely perfect. She was such a joy to work with and made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. I cannot recommend The Lily Pad enough to anyone in need of a talented and dedicated florist. I was planning a big class reunion for 4 classes when my original florist cancelled on our balloons - they could not get helium. So I reached out to The Lily Pad Florist. They were extremely helpful, could fill my order easily, AND deliver it to Gadsden -- plus it was quite a bit cheaper than the first florist in Gadsden!!! They went the extra mile and separated the bundles of balloons for ease in putting them on the tables. They communicated well; called before coming to Gadsden; they were punctual and helpful. I couldn't have been more pleased in all they did to help with our event. I will definitely use them in the future AND highly recommend them to others!

The Lily pad did an outstanding job at one visit that I was purchasing stuff for two separate occasions. Confusing??? Not for Shannon, she got me took care of like a pro.
