Cambridge Apartments

Can't give negative ratings unfortunately. The management is slow IF they do anything at all. They make up excuses and if you ask for corporates phone number they outright refuse to give it to you. They just don't care about the people or the apartments at all. The street lights all through the complex are burnt out and they won't get them fixed which is dangerous. Mold growing from roof leaks they make excuses for and won't do anything to rectify! Can you say slum lord's?

We told property manager up front that our credit history was rated poor at the moment. She told us that it wouldn't be a problem to go ahead and file the application and pay the $60 application fee ($30 per applicant). Well guess what? Yes, we were turned down due to credit history. This is nothing more than an application fee income scam.

If i could give a negative i would. The management over Cambridge is VERY slow just to tell you know. My partner requires a service animal and they wouldn't allow it because he couldn't carry it to work.
