Bought a custom made large wood table with 4 large chairs. Unfortunately, I lost out on a grill that was made into a bill that was really awesome. Sometimes you win the item and sometimes you dont. ;) The auction went great and American Auctioneers were really nice to me.

Went to pick up my items today and someone swapped out my fence panels for bent fence panels- they were tied together when I bid on them, they were not today and even had a different number on the tag. Not cool.

I dont normally leave reviews but due to the circumstances I thought I would share my experience. My company purchased a bucket truck at the spring auction and we used the online portal to do so as we were not able to attend. The pictures of the truck looked good online, but when we arrived to pick it up the truck was covered in rust underneath, it wouldnt start and the bucket was cracked and damaged. Cracked buckets are not able to be used in electric service and this would be an additional $2k to repair not counting all of the rust problems. When I reached out to the owner he got upset and said I was accusing him of trying to trick people with the pictures. I told him I wasnt accusing him but I was telling him as the buyer what was pictured and what I bought were two different things. There was no mention of any issues in the description. He told me he hired a young kid to take all of the pictures and post them online. I mentioned he should hire somebody with experience that knows what to take pictures of including damage and rust. It took a couple of months but I finally sold it for a $12,000 loss. As a small business we cant afford losses like that. If you buy equipment from this company make sure you inspect person.
