This was the craziest experience ever!!! The cook with redish locs is sooooo rude. J came back in after coming through the drive through bc my son (on the spectrum) food wasnt prepared correctly I let them know and a worker relayed the message (quite rudely) but I was like whatever the COOK gets the food and starts loudly and aggressively complaining about I didnt have for it that way when on my app it did which Is why I said if just go the the car and get my phone so I can show her I didnt select it on my phone. She started taking the food out the bag and throwing in on the counter. My son is screaming his head off in the car so Im like okay Ill just get a refund. They said Id have to go through the app so they took my food and I submitted a complaint through the app. Honestly the lady with the blonde hair was so understanding and helpful but with it only being her which other rude employees doesnt really help balance out. Regional manager or whoever needs to come take a look.

The girl on the intercom at the drive thru this morning yelled at me for not responding when she obviously wasnt doing something right because nothing was heard on my end, lil girl was so rude I just turned around and left

I asked for my food to be changed from beef to chicken only to have them add chicken on top of the beef. When I asked for it to be remade, I was told that I asked for it that way... so I left my food on the counter and said I want my money back... the lady said it will go back to your card... fine but five days later it's still not on my card!
