I have been using this pharmacy for about 5 years. They always get my meds filled quickly and correctly. However, the person I spoke to on the phone today was extremely rude. Her name was Hannah. She kept cutting me off while I was trying to talk and she had a condescending tone to her voice. She acted as if I was bothering her by asking a simple question about my prescription. Which is unacceptable as it is HER job to answer these questions. If I hadn't already dropped my prescription off, I would be taking it somewhere else. Everyone else is very kind but her .You are in the business of treating and providing a service to people who are most likely sick or have an on going condition that makes life hard enough without you having a nasty attitude. If you cant do that it may be time to find a new profession. Next time, it would be wise to LISTEN ans WAIT to answer the question until it has been fully asked.

Well, it’s at least better than the Calera CVS. Most of them there are friendly! More often than not they don’t have prescriptions ready for hours after they’re called in. It’s not like they’re manufacturing it, they are literally just COUNTING to 20 or 30, etc. Half the time when it is ready, they can’t find it. Example: Doctor sent in 2 prescriptions at once, I received a text that it was ready. Went to pick it up 3 HOURS after they text only to find out that they had only filled 1, not the other. Why would you not fill both at the same time, or at least within 3 HOURS when they come across at the same time?! Why send a notification when you’ve only done half your job, for me to have to drive out there twice (whilst having to load up a toddler and an infant both times)? Like I said, just the latest example. But at least they are nice for the most part.
