Awsome ,superior work, Very knowledgeable, TaylorScapes truly is a step above the rest gave my wife & i ideas that we never wouldve considered. We had two other companies supposedly fix our drainage issue over the past 2yrs and neither of them did, cost us over $18k . Then TaylorScapes came along & fixed the issue and resoded our front and back yd, even gave us a huge discount just to help make up for what the other companies had done to us. Took money for work and did not come to do the work or respond after countless opportunities to do so. Had to go to the police to file a report then to my bank and claim back my money. Despicable excuse for a company. The police are aware of this fraudster. BEWARE!

He told me it would only take 3 days to complete a job in Dec. 2020 and still has not completed it today.  He did not do everything on the agreed and signed invoice.  He never shows up when he says he will.  He never returns my calls or text messages.  There is still standing water in my backyard and has not come back to roll out the backyard sod area.  He has left a wheel barrel and tools here to.  Never use him.  He always has an excuse for whatever reason he didnt get my message or show up or return my calls.Very unprofessional.

We spent almost $10,000 for him to clean out our flower beds and place rock border, move some existing bushes and plant some new ones and install up lighting. Were told it would be maybe a two week job. Took him FOREVER to actually start after deposit was paid for 1/2. When he did start it they would show up sporadically (most days at 5:30pm or later and we would have to ask him to not work past dark after he stayed til almost midnight one night). Kept getting tons of excuses about why he couldnt come or covid caused him to not be able to get plants. Once he finished two months later I asked for a list of the flowers he had planted that I had not asked for so I would know how to care for them. He said multiple times he would do this. Then quit all communication. He guaranteed these plants for a year and Ive reached out multiple times trying to get him to replace the ones that didnt grow back. Just very unprofessional, doesnt communicate well with clients, and doesnt follow up. Then the lights he installed were not correct and we had to pay someone else to come out and fix them. Just a nightmare all around.
