HD Supply Facilities Maintenance

Absolutely poor and horrible management!!!!! When I first started working here this place was fair. Management shows favortism towards who they know and like. Also this place reeks or racism. They give higher positions to their peers instead of people who have been with the company from the beginning. I gave this company the best years I had and I was wrongfully terminated by a racist narcissist manager who always thinks he is right about everything. The open door policy means nothing to them. With the right company in place this would be a good place to work. They just aren't fair with everyone.

I worked here for right at 3 months. The work is minimal and the pay is good. They however play with employee hours. They determine who gets more hours and who doesnt out of favoritism. Another issue is management. One man his name is rich. He is cruel as hell, disrespectful and everything in between. He will scream at you and essentially make you feel like garbage for making a extremely simple mistake (a pallet got mixed and sent to the wrong location) another instance with rich is when he accused me of something with zero proof and when we talked about it he said something was mentally wrong with me and when i asked why he thinks he can talk to people that way he said word for word im your supervisor i can talk to you how id like They play with your money and play with your hours. Stay away from this place if you know whats good for you
