Alabama Best Cleaners

Alabama Best Cleaners provided same day service when no other cleaner would! I called in the morning and a cleaner was at my house within 3 hours. She did an amazing job and left little markers that showed the area was actually cleaned. She dusted and moved rugs and scrubbed the bathroom top to bottom. I would definitely book again if the need ever arises!

Dont hesitate! Wonderful job making the house look fresh and perfect! Wow! Mila was wonderful as this was a move out cleaning after moving our of state. She made this so easy and sent pictures of the finished work! Fabulous! If I could give them more stars, I would!

Update: The manager Mia completely lied. Even after my review I was told I would receive a call and I never did . I tried calling back myself and the call would go straight to voicemail. I called from my work phone and I get an answer on the first ring . I ask Mia why she was ignoring my call . She gave her explanation then explained my initial price went up because it cleaning was more then expected which was not a problem. My thing is why wouldn't you communicate this at all ? Then when I ask her for her name she says her name is Julie . Done with the company and what's upsetting is I recommended them to other people and now I have to go back and tell them otherwise. Piss poor communication and customer service. Havent been able to book my follow up appointment . Let voicemails , No follow up. My first experience wasnt great but I do understand things happen and wanted to give another chance with a second appointment but I just feel Im being ignored now.
