I had a tire going flat .they were the closest to me. I showed the guy right were the hole was .I sat there for ever. They came in said I was ready .I paid them .just to pull up in my yard and heard something. I checked and they never even fixed the spot .I called and they had nerve to tell me .sir we tried to fix it ..I was like wth. Don't not go to this place for nothing.told him .I don't even have time to come all the way back .he's says we'll wat u want me to do about that

Do not use this place for anything. I took my car in June for brake pads and new rotors. 1224.80 later because his mechanic broke something trying to get the brake off. I did add 2 new tires because he was supposedly fixing my car. I will add a copy of the bill. So here I am in December. The 2 tires that Ashley Floyd put on my car are slick as onions and when I hit the brakes it feels like the whole front-end is going to fall out from under my car. So I go to another tire shop and find out that the parts that Ashley Floyd charged me for....was never put on my car. So to get my car back on the road will cost me 1700.00. I AM LIVID!!. I called Floyd tire, Ashley was busy with another customer and was supposed to call me back. It has been 3 days now and no call from this place. So....as soon as I get over this flu....I will go see him and see what he has to say. Is this what everyone has turned to.....ripping people off of their hard earned money? Not here baby...not here!! Here we are January 8 2024. I call to speak to Ashley. He is out sick...oh but his little girl in the front wants to tell me what is wrong with my car! Is she a mechanic now? Didn't think so because she does not know what she is talking about. All she knows is what she has heard people talking and my review post and what she sees on the paperwork that comes across her. Is this how you do business? I still can't get over this little girl telling me what is wrong. Why me Lord? Why me? Nothing was wrong with my front end until I got it back from Floyd Tire. All Ashley would say was I needed to get rid of the car. Why? What exactly did you do to my car? I know it is messed up and I know what a 3rd mechanic is saying and showing me. How do you break the control arm taking the brake pad and rotor off? Explain that and send that girl back to class!
