        They was so caring and efficient right from the beginning! Any question I had they answered straight away. A fire can be a very tragic moment for your family but they made it so easy to have everything cleaned so all the damage could be restored. Thank you special touch for a great experience from start to finish!

        We woke up one morning to find our house flooded so I called Alfa. They recommended using Special Touch even though we live 1 1/2 hours from Brewton. Rodney & Jennifer were at our house before lunch and did an unbelievable job getting our house dried out. They took great care of our property, were really personable, and very professional. We couldn't be happier with their performance. I would definitely recommend using their services.
