Poor service from the Hispanic looking girl. I just did not like the way she handled my customer service she is very unprofessional very. As I was depositing or getting a check cashed I guess because I'm black or look like I don't have money she was very critical on trying to single me out little, do she know I will promote BAD advertisements for Regions Go To Trustmark!!!! WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE Yes im very upset because the check had my dead dad name and I told her..and this little girl going to say well since he can't come in and sign like How he his deceased like foreal very unprofessional because you will hold the up most professional when dealing with me.. then she had the nerve to get attitude with me her name was something like Jessica just totally unprofessional very disrespectful. I closed my account and now banking with Trustmark they are very professional. Never Go Here go to Trustmark.

The receptionist on the phone are rude. I called about who they go through for car finances and the lady put me on hold then hung up on me. When I tried to call back they immediately put me on hold then hung up again. Very unprofessional.
