Excellent service and speedy help! I have had 3 different successful closings on property completed by this firm and each one has gone off without a hitch. One of them was completed while I was working out of state and they were able to mail/return and file all of the paperwork! Such a blessing having a local group you can trust! Thanks for all the help!

**** I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO CLOSE A REAL ESTATE DEAL ON MY DOG'S HOUSE*** Before I begin this review, let me first say that Google requires at least one star in order to post this review, otherwise I would not have left any type of stars at all. I chose this company because they are an "attorney's office" with the assumption that such an entity would be held at a higher expectation of legality and professionalism. I contacted this company almost a month ago in regards to assistance on a Real Estate closing. I spoke with Ms. Smith (title person) prior to sending over documents to be certain that I understood what was expected of all parties involved including this company. I sent over all the required documents via email, did not receive an initial confirmation until I reached out a second time. I asked if there was anything else the company needed from me and I was told everything was fine. As time passed by I still received no updates, no conformations, or correspondence of any kind despite calling and leaving messages. By this time, the seller of the property and my investor also started asking questions as well related to an anticipated closing date. My investor called and left messages with them also and never received a response. After finally reaching the person that answers the phone for the business, I was informed that the person handling my closing (Ms. Smith) was out of the office on a personal matter and the attorney the other person who handles closings also was in court all week. I inquired on how long she (Ms. Smith) would be out of the office and i was told she would be back soon, which in reality was another week. I understand life happens and we can not predict emergencies especially when it comes to our families, however communication goes a long way especially when and if you are unable to complete your job responsibilities. Contracts between a seller and a buyer have dates attached to them and when it involves an investor, the expectations are specific and firm in nature. Here I am one week away from the closing date set on the contract, a team of workers on standby, money spent from my own business and a not so happy investor and no closing. What did i receive? I receive an email, from the company stating that they would be unable to handle the closing, because of the difference in the purchase price and the loan amount (which it is obvious that someone did not read the contract because had they done so, they would have known why the purchase of the home and the remaining repair cost would need to be two different entities) Even if i could look past her inability to understand how this closing should take place, that still does not change the fact that at the end of the email, she states that they are "backed up right now on title work and they would not be able to close it in a timely manner." My question now becomes, were you not aware of this so called "backup" almost 30 days ago during our first correspondence? I have my own personal beliefs behind why I FEEL they really did not want to assist with this closing, but I will keep that portion of my opinion to myself, because that would mean a completely different type of complaint. For the record in an effort to appear to be some what concerned for the huge inconvenience they caused, I was offered contact information for other companies in the area that could perform closings, (another 2 weeks+) of course, while i appreciate that information, that i could have easily found on my own, if they really wanted to be helpful, they could have given me that information the first day of our initial communication, especially since i am sure you knew that you would be too busy to handle my closing. I understand that the requirements for an LLC are not complex, but one would think that when you have the words Law Firm behind your name you would hold at least a different type of work ethic behind your business, perhaps close to the one that the public expects of you.
