I ordered twice thru NDI (so far), and both orders arrived relatively fast and the arrangements are beautiful and high quality.

While these are generally over any budget I'm actually comfortable with, I must admit that I've been consistently impressed with their products. And although I think they're expensive, they seem to be worth it so far. Each client has been very delighted and some cannot tell the difference. And in almost any image I produce, with an NDI product, I've been asked whether or not it's a real flower/plant. Pros: Easy ordering process. Packaged extremely well. Their glass vases (with "water") are perfection. Cons: More on the expensive side. They take about 5 weeks for delivery. I'll definitely continue purchasing from them!

I have bought about fifteen arrangements from NDI. Last one arrived unstrapped and not like the picture as this one had hydrangea leaves all over the place and was unbalanced. This time, I bought an ivy topiary and the shipping was $120 and I found out AFTER the receipt arrived that there would be an additional $50 fee to put the item on my front porch and NOT on the freaking curb! They were going to leave it on the CURB in a 400 house neighborhood. I feel it was bait and switch or whatever and I was NOT warned ahead of time and found out by accident AFTER my card was charged the pending! I am more than furious as NM gives free shipping on MOST NDI arrangements. I deserved better treatment after having bought thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars worth of their arrangements. As a principle of the thing, I cannot stand to look at them now and will trash them ALL so as not to be reminded as to how I was treated by Susan at NDI.
