Every time I come to this location, the staff is very unprofessional and they close 30 minutes early as if the customers do not matter. It's not fair to the customers who work late or need last minute things and know exactly what they want. I wanted a pair of shoes and I didn't need to look for anything. If the employees don't want to adhere to store policy, they should change the time on the website or even find another job. Hell I've even heard the manager speak with the employees negatively about customers. Why work in retail if you don't like working with people and want to go home on time all the time. Rainbow, please do better.
