Legend Windows

This company vacated their office in Sept/oct 2023. I just spoke with landlord and they stopped paying rent. The window manufacturer never heard of me so my order was never placed and of course my deposit is gone. Im attaching pics of the vacated office as proof. You will see empty desks, displays, and their sign is gone. The company address is a granite place they subbed space out of.

Heard the company had went out of business so I have been looking for the manufacturer of the windows, no paperwork states the manufacturer. Seriously! If the company is truly gone, the money spent on a lifetime warranty is nothing but paper.

ordered windows early Sept. 2023 and as of Jan.2024 no windows and appears I am scammed out of $2400. Company address is fake, and no one returns calls or emails , text mesgs from Legends. Saw channel 6 report on them and seems many more people have been scammed too.

Communication with this company is horrible.We had our windows put in August 2023. There was some small issues after (they and I fixed) and it took awhile to get that fixed. Now I have some other issues that Ive been calling 2 different numbers and leaving voicemails plus emails. *Edited in February and still no response. One of the issues is the latch is loose on the window. Ive tried to tighten it but it seems stripped. Also all of my widows gets condensation on them.
