        Have used Window Hero in the past but was disappointed in this service. Have just purchased the home and once the cleaning was completed, was informed that any removal of paint spot or or sticker was an extra charge. Just wish that would have been explained or offered before the service. Did the removal myself but then had to wipe each window to clean them again.

        Sparks was amazing! I had a broken foot, so he kindly moved my patio furniture into the grass for me and back again when he was finished. The patio, driveway, and walkways look incredible, and Sparks kept me informed every step of the way, from the scheduling, to his arrival, to his cleanup. Immaculate service!

      Mr. Bill, this is Chase, the owner. I apologize for the lack of clarity on our end. We should have asked about the condition of the windows of your new home and offered the paint and sticker removal on the front end. The crew on-site was not aware of the need for work outside of the scope of a standard cleaning prior to arrival. We hope to make things right, and are using this as a learning experience for clearer communication going forward.
