Kroger Fulfillment

I have been using Kroger since I moved here in Alabama, everything was fine until last week.Whoever they have doing the shopping for people, they need to pick better shoppers! I was delivered bloody and spoiled pork chops and bloody and spoiled spare ribs they smelled horrible!!!.DO BETTER Kroger.

I recently worked here for 3 weeks. Literally everyone in charge references high turn over rates from the time you start to the time you will also inevitably quit working for this company. They sent half of us home 20 minutes after we arrived because they dont have enough routes. They also pressure you to sign "early voluntary leaving for the day forms" despite it was 100% their decision to send you home after 20 minutes of being there. The trucks all have body damage and other defects and if you raise concerns about being sent home 20 minutes after being there at the correct time for your shift they wont listen to your suggestions or you for that matter. They do not care if you can't pay your rent or feed yourself because of Kroger's poor decision making skills. They will tell you things such as this regarding that "We can't just call you and inform you not to come in today because we dont honestly know what's going on everyday here." Despite the simple fact they claim and will tell you that everything is taken care of 2 weeks in advance. Not honest, uncaring, and they are corporate with a smile. Dont work here because everyone has an attitude as a result of a poorly run company with a shiny coat of paint on the exterior. You will be told "I understand how you feel" by people who they themselves dont lose money or are told "you cant work today". They do not understand and dont really care. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I pick a time spot and they delivery early and I was not home . Some of my food was melting.

First time user and so far I really like it. I got every item I ordered and the meat and produce looks great. I did check No Substitutions so I won't receive something I don't want. I made an early morning delivery time and they were late but the driver apologized for being late and was very nice and professional. He also took off an additional $10, so they can be late each time because $10 off was a blessing. I will continue using Kroger delivery service and the prices are very fair compared to some of the other choices of grocery stores in the area. Update: I got my second order today and I would like to pass a little advice to the order selectors. Don't put the eggs in the bottom of the bag and put heavy stuff on top of them. I requested a a refund for the eggs. I seen another review that had broken eggs too, so apparently it's an on going problem that needs to be addressed. Other than that I really like the quality of food and the service.
