I entrusted my pet to this clinic for private cremation and they communally cremated him, and spread him.
I have nothing left of him.
I don't think they even honored my request of paw prints and a fur keepsake. All that was offered was a refund.
I've seen things like this happen before, and the response was SEVERE remorse from the clinic who messed up, and offerings of other ways to remember the pet. But again, in the brief phone call, all we were offered was a refund. And let me add- it had been over two weeks and WE had to call THEM to know where our baby went.
I cannot in good conscious recommend a clinic that would mess up something so important and then seemingly not be very remorseful.
It really sucks because the female vet took VERY good care of my little chiweenie and the staff was very sweet. But this is too much of a mistake for us to feel safe going back.
