    STAY AWAY. Misled me and sold me a rusted through POS money pit. I purchased a vehicle out of state and had it shipped, trusting these people with my hard earned money. I thought I was being diligent asking the right questions, talking directly with the owner/manager Daniel Robinson and getting his reassurance-just a few crusty bolts he said, I asked for videos of the undercarriage from my saleswoman Niece Mitchell (they delivered the video but their camera was inside of a plastic bag obscuring the picture, and they intentionally basically showed nothing of use), owner promised he would get it on a lift and send photos and have a technician scan OBD codes (that never happened). Have owned the vehicle less than 2 years and spent over 8k on repairs. More than 50% of what I purchased it for. Brake lines rusted through while driving and almost caused an accident. Needed new AC compressor, condenser, heat exchanger, oil pump, timing belt, water pump, thermostat, both front wheel bearings, both front CV axles, calipers seized, all of this needed repaired basically coming off of the delivery truck!! Almost every bolt we try to service snaps in half. Rust chips fall off the frame every day. Now my air suspension and fog lights have just gone out. I literally took delivery of the vehicle and the AC was already inoperable and making a horrendous knocking noise. Absolutely NONE of this disclosed prior to purchasing. They were sure quick to send the liability waiver though absolute scum. You may as well get your vehicle directly from a salvage auction, because thats where they get their inventory. Wish I could give 0 stars. EDIT: in response to the owner. Unacceptable response to try to save face. This should have been an auction vehicle. The way it was described to me, and the photos/videos that were sent were simply inadequate. I never received OBD diagnostic or pictures of the vehicle on a lift. If I had accurate representation of the vehicle I would not have purchased it. Let alone the AC was inoperable upon delivery and this was not disclosed. Also, thanks for leaking my surname. I'll be escalating with the Alabama DMV and office of the Attorney General.

    My experience with these guys was top notch. Wesley is the man! He came through every time I needed him and was able to work with me while I was not in town. I really appreciate it. The owner, Rami, was very clear with expectations as far as trading the car, finances, and what to expect from the new car etc. Dough in financing worked his magic through and through and was able to get me a rate that worked best for me. This team is top notch and if I ever need another car I will be making the drive back down to them. I would recommend this place to my mama AND grandma. Thanks again for all your help!

    Horrible customer service, seemingly useless warranty and the owner has a most shady past in other business ventures. (Google Rami Achdut 2021). I should have done my homework before doing business with Preferred Imports. Its unfortunate, but places like this give the used vehicle industry a bad name. I bet the response, if any, will be to give Stephanie a call, vehicle wasnt properly serviced, that they have no record of the sale, blah, blah, blah. Its definitely not the place in Birmingham to purchase a used vehicle. Im still waiting on Doug and Rami to respond and to pay the approved warranty claim as laid out per the contract.

Mr. Stanley, I'm sorry you feel misled over the 07/26/2021 purchase of a 2007 Lexus GX470 with exempt mileage. We did provide you with pictures, videos and a Carfax report on this vehicle and under no circumstances, did we hide anything from you. We disclosed ALL information that was available to us - as this was a trade-in vehicle at the time and was sold "AS IS." This is the first time we have heard from you regarding any issues with this vehicle, as it's been over 2 years. Again, we apologize that you are unhappy with your purchase. Be Blessed.
