    I'm very disappointed with Scotts Auto 6929 1st Ave, N. My daughter's car was taken to Scotts by the owner of Magic City Motors 5545 1st Ave N. (Doug) where I purchased her car from, because he states that this is where he takes all his vehicles to be repaired, and because I trusted Doug, I felt like Scotts Auto would do well. The car was perfectly fine when Doug dropped it off. The only thing that was wrong was the warning light was on for the tire pressure light. Scott was supposed to be replacing the pressure hose and a valve cover which he did, but when we got the car back it was smoking, shaking, and 3 additional lights was on, which where the Check Engine light, VSC and tire skid light. I took the car back and told them what was going on. It was then that Scott told us that because Coils 1 and 5 are bad, this is causing the car to run like it is. He then said that the valve cover was broken and that he would correct what had been done by his mechanic. I told him that the car wasn't running like this before we brought it to them and if the coils was already bad then why the car wasn't running bad then? He said if we bring the coils back, he will replace them at no charge. So, I purchased the coils and brought them back and Scott had his mechanic to replace the coils after he told me he would personally be correcting the issue. After picking up my daughter car for the second time the car was still not running like it was supposed to. I went back to Scott's and told him what the car was doing, he then told me that it was because the O 2 sensor need to be replaced. He said once that's done all the lights will clear and the car will be fine. Well, the o2 sensor has been replaced, the car is still running the same..... BAD and all those warning lights are still on. The owner of Magic City Motors (Doug) advised us that those lights are on because the coils 1 and 5 need to be changed but keep in mind this is what Scott said he already replace after he changed the hose and valve cover. We are out of about $1400.00 and the car is running worse than ever. I can't believe Doug from Magic City Motors 5545 1st Ave N who I spoke so highly of and consider a very nice person and who I have referred my friends to would do this. Magic City Motors charged my mother $199.00 for a part she purchased and Scott who I thought was one of the best and who I have referred people to would do us like this. I see a lot of people saying how great Scott's Auto is, but I can't say the same. I can only say that it seems to me that they have taken advantage of ladies and now my daughter does not have transportation to get back to school (she's a college student). This has been by far the worst experience I have had when it comes to mechanics and customer service.
