Aramark Uniform Services is now Vestis

Joke of a company. I use them at three different locations and 2 different states and not one store has had a good experience. I cannot believe they have the gall to not be able to provide the services you hired them for and then threaten you with a lawsuit if you do not pay them for not doing their job. Inconsistent with deliveries, some stores going weeks at a time without getting anything, and when they do show up they don't have the correct number of mats or the mats are still wet and smell like mildew. Upper management doesn't care to fix anything about it, would rather laugh at you and talk about your contract. I feel like I get a better deal paying my taxes than I do with these guys.

Absolutely horrible company to try and do business with. We have used them with three separate locations and not one was ever serviced correctly. After almost a year we still do not have our logo mats correct, the mats we do have do not get changed out every trip and when the do they are still wet, they have failed to change out towels and bathroom supplies consistently, and that is when they even show up, which for one store was 6 weeks without seeing an Aramark employee. Even worse, we still are getting billed in full even though they tell us they will not.
