        If trying to deal with Walker in dispatch, don't bother even trying to be polite. The more I think about it, I'd recommend not hailing his loads or answering his calls unless your into verbal abuse. My apologies to the other agents and Birmingham employees that have to work with him on a daily basis. I truly feel for you
