I would strongly urge anyone and everyone to AVOID working with this company. My wife and I ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot and JB Hunt sent people out for install. The first people who came out for the install set everything up, but they said that if we wanted a certain feature on the dryer (a steaming feature that we paid extra for), we would need to buy a 10 foot washer hose from Amazon. We bought the washer hose and JB Hunt sent two people out about 10 days later to install the hose so that we could use the steamer feature. These people sent out by JB Hunt informed us the washer hose would not work, and that we had received bad advice prior. This was unfortunate because the washer hoses were not cheap, but we were prepared to move on. The next time we ran the washing machine, though, our kitchen flooded. We called JB Hunt and rather than apologizing and sending someone out right away, they acted unfazed, unconcerned, and said we would need to wait roughly 5 days. The next people who came out said that whoever had been sent out prior had cut a zip tie that prevents flooding. These two individuals could not believe somebody would do this. These maintenance men did not have any zip ties on them. So, we called JB Hunt. To our disbelief, JB Hunt said that WE would need to buy zip ties and reschedule the maintenance for a week later. Now imagine this--JB Hunt sent someone out who told us we needed washer hoses that would never work in the first place. Then, JB hunt sent someone out who cut a zip tie, which led to our kitchen being flooded. This person left the broken zip tie on the ground in our laundry room. We waited patiently for a third appointment. When, we finally meet with the third pair of maintenance men to arrive, we are told we would need to buy new zip ties at our own expense and wait another week to have the zip ties properly applied by a fourth pair of maintenance men. This is my first negative review about a company. I write this because I genuinely hope other people can avoid the terrible service and terrible customer service we experienced.
