        We had a car towed the driver couldnt figure out how to process a credit card. He then proceeds to become aggressive with my staff saying Ill just dump the parts off at your door. I asked for a way to pay it and lo and behold it goes through. Must be magic. Or maybe the ordinary skill of typing numbers. Before becoming aggressive, maybe try keying in the card correctly. My company, which has 3600 stores nation wide, will not be using them going forward. Good luck staying in business with customer service like this!

        Only took you 2 hours to drive 30 minutes to pick me up. What terrific service! Edit: Way to not take responsibility for your deceit. Don't act like me working for a utility company has ANYTHING to do with your inability to do your job effectively. For anyone wondering what happened here's the skinny. A1 said they had to turn around because they had a trainee in the passenger seat. Not sure why you would drive with a trainee to a tow where the driver of the towed vehicle needed a lift but you know...logic I guess. So what I think really happened is they already were on another job so to keep me from calling another tow service company they lied and kept me waiting.

      I refuse to break the law like you guys/gals wanted me to over several documented phone calls. Let’s involve the State of Alabama in this debate since me repeatedly saying I needed some type of paperwork was so disrespectful to you all. You will not jeopardize my freedom because you all are trying to be lazy and not do the rite thing 1) A purchaser of an abandoned d automotive dismantler and parts recycler or secondary metals recycler, in lieu of surrendering the certificate of title as prescribed in Section 32-8-87(s)(1), may surrender the bill of sale for the abandoned motor vehicle to the licensed automotive dismantler and parts recycler or secondary metals recycler. The licensed automotive dismantler and metals recycler or secondary parts recycler shall then proceed with the notice of cancellation procedures as prescribed in Section 32-8-87(s)(1) utilizing the bill of sale in lieu of the certificate of title. The bill of sale shall be subject to the same records retention requirements-as those prescribed in Section b32-8-87(s)(1) for a certificate of title.bb
