Never call this company they will give you the run around and never show up buyer beware this guy is a lier
Now 5 months later these people send me a reply to my review and again it's nothing but lies there was never any rush on picking up my vehicle as it was parked at a hotel as I had just had surgery and was there at the Marriott in Homewood for a few days recovering I had given them 24 hrs to come but they never came keep telling me they were on the way and never showed so at that point I called Azteca and they went right over and picked up the car as I was not able to drive 3 days after my surgery and they brought my car home to me as I had caught a Uber the day before to take me home which is about 40 miles out of Birmingham and this apology is just more lies as usual for this company and just be honest I was not friends with the people at Azteca but due to this companies poor service and lies I have found a new friend in the drive who delivered my car and are still friends to this day as Azteca has great people working for them unlike these liers who are at A-1 so please don't make a mistake and call them call Azteca because they give fast honest service with a smile

We had a car towed the driver couldnt figure out how to process a credit card. He then proceeds to become aggressive with my staff saying Ill just dump the parts off at your door. I asked for a way to pay it and lo and behold it goes through. Must be magic. Or maybe the ordinary skill of typing numbers. Before becoming aggressive, maybe try keying in the card correctly. My company, which has 3600 stores nation wide, will not be using them going forward. Good luck staying in business with customer service like this!
