We had a flat the night before so before driving 4 hrs home we had to get a new tire. In and out in 30 minutes new tire on and spare where I asked them to put it. Thanks to everyone you made our trip much nicer. Great job

This is a special thank you to John, Greg and Darra! First, let me tell you all how thankful I am that I chose this particular Mavis. When I first walked in I was greeted by Greg. He was so warm and welcoming. At that moment I knew I wanted to spend my money here. I was so nervous and scared at first because I am a woman who knows nothing about cars. I was so afraid that I would be taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge. But yall this team broke everything down to me. Greg took my keys and they did the inspection and they showed me where my car was extremely rusted and worn down. John the mechanic, broke down all the parts like the rotors and brake pads and other parts and he explained the purpose of all the parts and why I was having the issues I was having. John broke down this process so well that I completely understood what he was doing. Yall this team was very thorough! It took a little time but they kept me updated on the process which made me even more grateful because they took pride in what they were doing. When I got there my brakes were screaming and scratching and making all sorts of loud noises. My tire was flat and has been given me issues for months. But now my car is running so smooth! I dont hear any noise! Even my engine sounds much smoother. My car needs more work and I am so grateful to this team because I have them now to help me get my car back on track. Im so thankful I have a team who is very knowledgeable, patient and on top of that very thorough. I have someone I can trust to explain my car issues and help me resolve them. I just cant thank this team enough! Worth every penny!!! Oh and yall I went to 3 different tire and brakes shops before I came to Mavis but I didnt stay at those shops because I didnt get a good vibe from the people but as soon as I walked in to this particular Mavis I knew I was in the right place. Very warm and welcoming environment! Staff is very knowledgeable and thorough! I just cant express how relieved I am now to have a go to place for me and my daughters vehicles.
