I would have given them a 1 star but there is a young guy who works there who has treated me like a great customer everytime I go there. I would give him a 5 star. Last month I went to this company to get my flat fix. Rollin in on a flat tire mind you. When I got there, this guy wasn't that friendly to begin. After he placed a new tired on my car, he takes the bad tire and lay it behind my trunk instead of placing it inside of my trunk. I asked him if he could put it in the trunk for me, he then ask me why I couldn't do it, and walked away to another customer beside me. After he finished talking to the customer, I politely asked him if he could put my tire in the trunk, he told me he's busy. I was in disbelieve that he would treat a customer, a woman customer, the way he did. I thought to myself he can't be serious. I was "steaming" at the service, or should I say lack thereof, that he was giving me. I go over and ask him again, then he tells me, "when I'm done putting two tires on for this customer". He could have easily put my tire in the trunk for me after he fixed my flat tire and I would have been on my way. I refused to let him get away with his rudeness. I took my phone out and started noting the account of what was transpired, and took down the number of the company so i could complain to the owner. I sat in my car waiting so he could put my tire in the trunk for me. Out of respect for a woman, and decency, any tire shop would do that. Any "REAL man" would do that. It was clear that his attitude from our initial reaction was nasty and unpleasant. He strikes me as someone that's unhappy with either himself, or life, and takes it out on others. Today I went back to get another tire put on my car. He appraoached me to help, but I requested the younger guy and refused his service. Instead of him going to informed the other man I requested his help, he walked off in another direction and didnt tell him anything. I was standing there waiting until the young man approched me and noticed i needed assistance. I had had enough of him. Who knows how many customers he's treated that way for no reason like myself. I felt i had to make it known to the public and the owner how this guy is hurting the business and tarnishing the reputation of his business. If he values his job maybe he will change his attitude and be more kind to the customers who spend money there to allow the business to operate and him to get paid. I felt i should alert people to this RUDE RUDE guy! I decided to take a picture of him to post with my review, and when he noticed, he complained about it to his coworker saying he dont like that i did that. I didnt like the way he treated me either, but did that matter to him???It's only about him. He just didn't want people to know exactly who the RUDE employee at ALLISON'S TIRE SHOP is. I also feel that respect and common courtesy goes ways. everyone is deserving of it. Customers shouldnt go to a business with being rude and nasty to employees for no apparent reason. We should always remwber to treat others how we would like to be treated, and if need be, for the sake of perspective, put yourself in the other persons shoes. Just imagine their experience or how they would feel. When a person knows there are reprocussion for their actions maybe they will adjust their behavior. Then again, if they dont care about their job, maybe they wont.
