        During our 2 bathroom renovation our contractor discovered we did not have enough tile Thursday afternoon and the company we originally purchased the tile from said they could not get the needed tile for a week even though they were the ones that did not measure correctly. The contractor said he had to have it for the weekend in order to complete the job. I contacted Emser directly and they went way above and beyond to help resolve this issue. I was shocked because a lot of companies now days don't offer any help but this company was our saving grace and the contractor was able to finish the job on Sunday. This is an amazing Tile company.
