I will never use this place again. Customer service is everything. The person who did my taxes is unprofessional. I should have know then it would only get worse.

Mr. Moore is one of the most professional and kind people I've ever met! I'm thankful for the services my daughter and I received! I wouldn't recommend anyone else for tax preparation but him! #Grateful

He never answered the phone when I needed him. Also I submitted my paperwork a week ago still no results. I will never respond

THE WORST tax service Ive ever dealt with. This company is as incompetent as they come. I have never had any issues in all my years of filing taxes until we decided to allow Eric Moore at Moores Tax Services to prepare our taxes. Our taxes were filed and Moores said we were getting a refund, now were being audited by the IRS. I had to contact a tax attorney for assistance because they took no accountability for the errors they made. I try to always support black owned business but the unprofessional manner in which our taxes were filed along with the unprofessional customer service I received makes it difficult to continue with that support. I unequivocally DO NOT recommend this company for any services and I have filed a complaint with the IRS.
