We provide professional, reliable services to all of our clients. We explain the details of all of our returns, before a client leaves our office. Weve been in business for over 15 years. Weve maintained a 5 STAR rating until recently. Weve never stolen from anyone. Weve processed returns without being paid. We go far and beyond, to provide excellent services. We make sure our clients are satisfied with our final results and happy. Our clients must sign all documents, prior to leaving our office. We charge our preparation fees, plus theres a bank handling filing fee. That is processed as well. Once a return is funded by the IRS, our fees are deducted, and the bank fees are deducted. We utilize a third party designee to collect our fees. The amount the client was quoted, after fees is deposited into his /her bank account. You have an option to pay upfront or have our fees deducted. If youre not satisfied with your services. Were more than happy, to offer any additional help and resolve any issues.
