    The gentleman that came 1st day was very nice. He did not have tablets to drop in skimmers so he said hed have someone stop by the next day. Im not sure what all was done that required 2 hrs of service. There arent any tablets in skimmers plus pool is still filthy. Perhaps I misunderstood the service I was getting.

    We just moved to Alabama and used this company while out of state. They provided a true disservice to my family, over-charging us and failing to render the service we needed and had hired them for. $1,200 to service a pool that turned into a green pond 1 week after moving. They charged us $870 to replace the sand in the filter, forgetting that there was no chlorine in the water. After moving to the Birmingham area, we also realized they are significantly (e.g. 30-40% ) more expensive than local pool companies. We will never do business with them again. PS: (in response to the owner's response) 1 - I diligently responded to all emails, as demonstrated to the owner in a follow-up email exchange. 2 - I gave authorization to carry out the work with no action on the vendor's side. It is absurd that you blame me for your poor communication with your employees. Finally, your response is missing an APOLOGY. The only thing I read is "I'm sorry you felt it necessary to provide the review...", which is stated twice. Seriously? How about just a sincere apology: "I am sorry my company failed you but we still changed you for a service that was not provided"?

Mr. Speakman, I am sorry that you felt the need to give us a bad review prior to calling us. I have looked through you work order and spoken to my staff concerning your pool. I agree that you possibly misunderstood based on what you asked us to do. The work order states that you had neglected your pool and wanted us to check your equipment and balance your water. There was no cleaning requested and in fact if it would have been requested we would have required a deposit, which was not done. I do agree that 2 hours might have been a lot, but a call to our store could have resolved that. We did however make two trips to your pool. Please keep in mind that continued maintenance is required to keep your pool in good condition especially with the weather conditions we are experiencing. I hope that this answers your questions, if not we would be happy to discuss with you and we would ask that you remove your review. We want every customer to be satisfied with our service. Mr. Cingolani, I am sorry you felt it necessary to provide the review that you did. I have spoken to our staff and reviewed your inspection report, email chain, and transaction history, I have found that our staff tried through multiple emails to get you on a regular maintenance plan with no response from you. We do not remove salt cells during inspections and inspections are not designed to diagnose specific issues unless they are obvious other than it was not working. It is incumbent on a new home purchaser to use our inspection as a guideline for potential repairs. With that said, several follow up emails mention the importance of having the salt cell fixed or replace. As far as pricing goes Mr. Cingolani, we watch the market closely to stay competitive. Again, I am sorry you felt the need to review us in this way and we would like an opportunity to discuss this further. We pride ourselves in customer service and run a professional operation.
